The World’s First national Electric Go-Karts Championship was created in collaboration with the LMT Motorsports Academy. Its first stage took place on May 1, 2018, in Kandava.
In 2020 Blue Shock Race created an additional class for children in the Latvian Electric Kart Championship with the capacity of 7 kW which forms the basis for championships in 5 more countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Denmark, and Latvia).

The championship was held in tracks located in Belgium and the Netherlands. Full 5 race season with more than 30 participants in 2 categories. Looks like this is just the beginning of a championship that will grow bigger and bigger.
DENMARK
2021
The first electric kart demo race was at the heart of Denmark in Copenhagen. After two days of racing and testing, the Danish autosport federation was convinced that electric karts are in their championship in 2022. So in 2022, we are planning the first official races organized by the Danish autosport federation.
FINLAND
2021
Demo test day in Finland. More than 30 drivers were testing 7kW and 25kW electric karts. After these tests, an organizer from the local and national karting championship series was interested in making electric kart championships in Finland in the following years. Stay tuned!
